TJ Telemarketing Reviews, Complaints, Reports.
I would like to report company by name TJ Telemarketing. The online community these days is full of scams and other fraudulent activities. If you happen to be a person who bases their business online or who has a regular source of income from the internet, you may want to look at several factors that will influence the mode of operation you use. Sales people and other people who are in businesses that target consumers will have to be careful how they grow their business. Personally, I am a person who deals with senior insurance products, such as: final expense whole life insurance plans and Medicare insurance. This being the case, I have to find a lot of information and clients in order to make a living. I discovered that by using the right type of final expense appointments, I could be able to grow productively.
Once I cam to find out the power of leads and appointments, I started buying appointments from TJ Telemarketing. Since I wanted final expense appointments leads, I decided to inquire how much each costs. After some negotiations, I decide to purchase 25 of them at $850. Excited that I was going to make some new clients, I started up early the next day. Unfortunately, I was told by most of the people I contacted that they did not have an appointment. To make matters worse, some of them were not even called upon. This got me thinking that maybe it was a mistake from the company. Before I decided to contact them, I decided to ask some of the people who were willing to talk for additional information.
To my surprise, some of them even stated that they never asked for appointments. A good number informed me that they had just received their Medicare update. The funny thing is they were all asked to confirm their current address. With this information, I reported to my account rep at TJ Telemarketing, Linda R, at the end of that day. She was very helpful and concerned such that we ended the conversation with her promise to resolve the issue. Soon after, the company agreed that there was a problem with my first five appointments and offered to replace them. After being given this information, the company promptly replaced the appointments within 24 hours. As soon as I got them, I decide to set out again.
Unfortunately, the second time round was like the first time. When I contacted TJ Telemarketing with this information, they said they would look into it. Shortly after, they told me they had called everyone and they responded by saying I never appeared or call before hand. After a long tussle with the company, I discovered they were not going to respond so I reported them to Better Business Bureau of Springfield, OR. I discovered there quite a few complaints with regards to tj telemarketing so I was not shocked when they did not respond to my complaint. Furthermore, Linda R. contacted me and told me the company was a fraud and she had quit her job. With this in mind, anyone who is interested in getting service from the company should take this a warning.
