Precise LeadsPrecise Leads WARNING! For all the insurance agents out there, who are searching for the right company to buy senior insurance leads online, please stay away from this company as they will rip you off, steal your money and leave you with a tone of frustration. Is this possible that in today’s world, there are companies who do not respect anything; this company is not sticking to the CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) guidelines and is falsely advertising itself in order to lure all the insurance agents in the world. Even further, they are telemarketing in order to get the leads, which they sell.

  • A group of illegal immigrants is in charge of this company, you may experience miscommunication problems, and more often than not, they will not return your phone calls or your emails. I have to draw attention to all the consequences that you, as a potential victim of this company will experience. You have to pay attention as they will stick you with poor quality leads, often the people who you are supposed to call, will be senile or mentally incapable. Most of the leads might even be for the other area, and not for the one that you placed an order for. When you experience this and you want to communicate your problems to the company, rest assured, there would be no one who you can talk to.
  • Precise Leads representatives will avoid you as much as they can, until you finally catch them. And after you have caught them and asked for the refund, since you will be sick and tired of bad leads, they will only tell you that it is their policy not to provide any refunds and that you signed this kind of contract. It is your fault since you did not read the fine print. All your attempts to try and reason with them will be in vain, and your money is as good as gone, since they will never return it to you. I cannot believe that authorities are letting this happen. This rip-off should be stopped immediately. My advice to all the rookies as well as the more experienced insurance agents is to stop dealing with this fraudulent company. Stop doing business with them, as it can only result in you losing all your money and developing a bad reputation.  Furthermore, their leads do not come in any type of quality. They charge $20 dollars for every phone lead. NO WONDER, I guess I received exactly what I paid for it, I will never buy such a cheap leads.

For all the interested parties who are looking for the high quality leads, I advise you to try out any other telemarketing or lead company with higher or even high lead cost, who has a friendly stuff and professional services. Hopefully you will not experience problems, such as the ones I found with Precise Leads. There will be no fuss over order, all the appointments will be scheduled according to your demands and they will be of high quality. No bad quality leads, prospects should be interested in your products, unlike leads that are provided by Precise Leads.

    Be CAREFUL with Precise Leads!!!!

Their leads are NOT CMS compliant, will get you in trouble and they will NOT refund you your money. I was contacted by Precise Leads and their pitch was very good. I asked if they called and confirmed with the clients that we could contact them and they promised that the only leads that were supplied to us were leads where they had actually signatures and/or voice recordings by the Medicare Eligibles allowing us to contact them. I decided to try them out and gave them an initial amount of $300.00. When I got the first batch of leads from them, none of the individuals that I contacted stated that they had agreed to be contacted by me or any other agent, a CLEAR violation of CMS guidelines. I stopped calling the leads immediately and addressed my concerns with Precise Leads. I asked for confirmation that they had permission from the Medicare Eligibles and they wouldn’t provide it to me, so I told them that I did NOT want to continue and for them to refund me my money. They said that they have a no refund policy and instead, they would continue to provide me leads until my $300.00 ran out. WHY would I want leads that I am afraid to call on? This company is a scam and everyone should run away from them as far as possible. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY AND DO NOT USE THEM!!! IT IS YOUR LICENSE ON THE LINE, NOT THEIRS, SINCE THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE A LICENSE. They have not sent me any more leads but they have also not refunded me my money either.

    Mr. Kim,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred as a result of trying our service. As you know, last July we took the liberty of refunding the entire amount you spent with us, and did not charge for any of the leads delivered. Hopefully this gesture helps to alleviate your dissatisfaction in some way, as customer satisfaction is important to us.

I have used Precise Leads and their refund policy is anything but transperant. I like Lewis Kim gave them an initial amount of $300.00. The sales pitch they gave me to was very compelling and I was suckered into it. Unfortunately they are on the East coast and I am situated on the west coast, because of conflicting time zones their business lines where down and I was not called back on my request to cancel my account. 30 minutes later they billed me anther $300.00 to my account a total of $600.00. I called the next day in hopes to just refund my last $300.00 bill I was not going to ask for my inital investment because it was my fault for being suckered in. What came to a shock was that the company would not redund me. No expections. “No”. Was the answer I recieved 5 times from the senior account specialist. This is A SCAM! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I asked to talk to a higher representative, and was told there was not one available. Please be weary and never use precise leads. Half thier leads where individuals not requesting insurance and thier return policy is nothing short of a complete scam.

PreciseLeads.com give you precisely garbage leads. Fake numbers, unknown persons, uninterested parties, wrong numbers, old leads, no such person, every under the sun except good leads. You’d be lucky to close ANY business from the garbage that Precise Leads send you. Don’t waste your money or your time with Precise Leads. Okay, you’ve been warned.

naturally like your web-site but you have to check the
spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find it very
troublesome to tell the reality nevertheless I will definitely come back again.

I gave them a try and it seems it was just a lead on. The sales lady would not answer or call back after the sale now my account manager won’t call back. The leads are crap and no one should support this company.

Absolutely, I had the same issue. My one lead was from a “Johnny Appleseed!” Someone from the company had the gall to ask if that was the person’s actual name!! Garbage

I agree this company is run by a group of very unprofessional people. All they interested is your credit card. I was lured into signing up a program but I told them not to charge my credit card until certain day. They person pretending never received my e mail and charge my card anyway. I asked for a refund they told me that I had signed a contract, which I never saw. All of you have the problem should contract NYC state attorney office and start a complain process. Stay away from this company…..

Got ripped of by Precise Leads. The only thing Precise is the con job. I had a $80 balance and was going to cancel but another lead was assigned and they immediately ding my credit card. Called and they said that was part of the contract. Now they are charging their full retail price instead of the discounted fee.

After 28 leads, I have only spoken with three.
